[svn r18348] FS#2867: FCKEditor, Embed movies plugin: Refactoring of the code. Adding a quick-upload tab within the dialog. Opening language files for this plugin. Forcing the language translation system to work (currently there is only translation into Bulgarian language). Cleaning unused variables from the editor's main language files.
